​Examples of emergencies include:

• Major water leaks
• No heat in the winter, with freezing temperatures outside
• Smoke or fire
• No A/C in summer, with temperatures above 90°
• Sewage system backup

​Examples of non-emergencies include:

• ​Minor water leak
• Rent questions  or concerns
• Pest control requests
• Slow drains in kitchen or bathroom
• No A/C with mild weather
• Appliance repair requests

​​​Lock Outs are not an emergency. ​Lock out service may be available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30. Please call the office: (317) 602-4861 with inquiries.
​After normal business hours, you may need to call a locksmith. Please refer to your lease, if you have any questions.
